Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Shipments are dispatched within 3-4 days after payment has been received.

Once your item/s have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We only offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand using New Zealand Post.

New Zealand tracked standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95NZD

Australia tracked standard shipping is a flat rate of $22.95NZD

Please note- Neighbourhood Disco does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
